Great hotel; great location, fun decor, great buffet breakfast. However, a serious warning to all those booking through Booking.crap: ‘ shuttle’ is not that, it is a private taxi company which couldn’t care less if it leaves you in the lurch, at the airport, late at night, with two large suitcases. So if you are offered a ‘free shuttle to the hotel’, don’t believe it for a second, be prepared to make your own way to the hotel, when you’d been looking forward to the shuttle bus all week, but it didn’t appear. I’m a highly experienced world traveler and this has to be one of my worst ever let downs. They have refunded me my taxi fee of £58 but it was stressful to spend my first evening of the holiday emailing and explaining this experience. Clearly not able to deliver a decent travel experience. Will be closing my booking.com account.

Hotel was really high quality decor, room was perfect for what we were needing (we had the triple) and shower was excellent pressure and heat. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who helped us get hop on bus (morning pick-up right outside the hotel!) and Charlottenburg Palace tickets in-house. Breakfast was superb - great selection of foods and freshly cooked omelette was a winner. Staff were very friendly. Location was excellent - 1 minute walk from the U-bahn - but comfortable lying walkable from Friedrichstraße station as well. For what we paid for the 3 nights ee stayed, we got an absolute bargain. Can't rate this hotel high enough - an excellent stay!

Looks even better than in the pics. The AC actually works unlike many hotels in Germany. Underground station right at the hotel’s door. There’s a bar, pattiserie , restaurant and gym at the hotel. The gym can be used until 23h. The sauna and swimming pool as well but it’s costs €20 per day, even if you want to use it for 1h.

A beautiful and have all the commodities you need, not far from plenty of public transport well placed. Full of commodities even if the pool is kind of small I think. The must have is the breakfast really complete and full of different dishes sweet and sour you’ll find your happiness. Really good trip thanks to that

All the staff was amazing, wow. We felt so welcomed and the hospitality was through the roof. Outstanding staff. The breakfast is the best ive EVER seen and i have travelled to many places. Staff at the restaurant is also very friendly and the food is sooooo good. Beds were so comfortable. such a wonderful hotel!
