Good location, u Bahn stop almost outside the property, 10 minute walk to the Berlin Wall memorial and 10 minutes to a nice selection of restaurants. We had a view of the tv tower and 2 sets of nice french windows out to a slim balcony, very welcome in the lovely weather. The room was clean, nicely decorated and towels and bedding in good condition. Staff were helpful and attentive with tea, coffee and water provided which was welcome. A tourist bus picked up from the property each morning and although maybe not the best commentary of all the hop on hop off choices, it was nice to be able to catch it from the hotel. The spa was good with the pool, sauna and steam room being clean and attractive, the set hours for children to use the pool was a great compromise and the gym was excellently equipped.

Very high-quality hotel i.e. superbly finished/furnished room and facilities. Staff were excellent. Location is fantastic i.e. right next to a metro station, with lots of good places to drink/eat within walking distance; it's also c. 15-20mins walk from the major Friedrichstraße station. Room was very high quality i.e. very comfortable bed/furnishings and very good-quality fixtures/fittings throughout. The gym looked very well equipped i.e. similar to a commercial facility. The spa was very good i.e. similar to a high-end health club in terms of its facilities, atmosphere and lighting. The breakfast was spectacular (!), with really a very wide range of foods and drinks available. Was fantastic value for money overall.

Excellent location, out of way from the main centre but close enough to all the main public transport routes (which were brilliant and very regular). I travelled with my 15 year old daughter, we found the hotel really easily as it was just of the main road but it felt very safe and was lovely and quiet and perfect for us. It was close to the central station, via the trams on the main road and had a supermarket and gorgeous Nea Pizza place within a short walk. The best city hotel I have ever stayed in and not overpriced. Breakfast was literally everything you could think of, loads of choices and all fresh and topped-up regularly. We visited the sights, East Side Gallery and the Berlin Zoo, which was the best day ever.

The check in was quick and the reception staff spoke very good English, the room was a good size and a good sized walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head as well as a hand held attachment. The location was within walking distance of a lot the main tourist sites in the Mitte district. The facilities are good and the restaurant prices were very reasonable, although we didn't eat at the hotel. The bar area was well used with the cocktail waiter kept busy. We paid to use the Spa and the pool is a good size with plenty of lounger beds. There is a sauna, steam room and Turkish Hamam, plenty of lockers in the changing room area and individual shower cubicles.

I went for a conference and the hotel itself had everything that business people may need. The room was fresh and clean, it had a good size with big mirrors contributing to a more spacious feeling (they could trigger other ideas too), the bed was perfect, and the breakfast was a nice buffet with a bit of everything. If your reservation does not include breakfast, you can have it for 25€, which is good if you want to eat a lot, but there are super nice options in the city otherwise.
